CANCELLATION POLICY, RESCHEDULE
AND LATE ARRIVALS.
Pacific Beach Surf School reserves the right to cancel
any Surf lessons at any time due
to inclement weather patterns, extreme currents or rip
conditions in the Surfing zone.
Lessons will be rescheduled
by PBSURF at no charge if such instances
occur.
Customer cancellations are allowed a
refund within a 72 hour contact of a service representative
between 9am and 5pm. All other rescheduled
lessons are charged a $20.00 fee. No other refunds will
be granted.
(Please allow ample opportunity to park your car and arrive
at our shop location 15 minutes in advance of your pre-booked
lesson. Private Lessons are handled much like a doctor
or dentist appointment. We fall behind in our schedule
if you are tardy more than 15 minutes. Therefore, with
a 20 minute lateness, we would have to reschedule your
lesson at a $20.00 fee.)
